Just a little intro

So, um, hi. 

That sounds dumb.

Oh well, it's already down and I'm too tired to think anything else up. 

Besides...this is a mom blog. Y'all are used to moms slacking or you might be a slacking mom or you might be a perfect mom.

Okay anyways so quick intro... I'm a hot mess Express (beep beep). I have 2 boys, 6 and 16. Their dad and I have been together for 10 years. I work in the mental health field and he...well...he's transitioning from a lifetime of sales and retail to software development (because he's an underachieving genius). I'm snarky. He's laid back. My sarcasm knows no bounds...however my anxiety makes it hard for me to manage sarcasm coming at me (I'm so literal when spoken to).

Enough about me for now...intro on the boys because ultimately you'll learn a ton about all of us if you keep reading (please,please,please). 

6: Kindergarten, loving , kind, brain like his daddy (reads at a 4th grade level and forgets NOTHING, unless it's a task I asked him to do). ADHD, Oppositional defiant disorder, Anxiety, Sensory Processing disorder. (Personally I suspect he's on the spectrum but the orders are still out on that). 

16: Meh. JK. Actually he's my bonus. His dad and I got together when he was 6. His mom and I are legit friends. He hates that we're all on the same team because he doesn't get away with shit. He's an amazing big brother. He eats all of our food (never says it's gone) and snags all the cold pops and never puts any back in the fridge. He feeds the pets. Hates going anywhere with the family and basically lives on his phone and PC (that he and his dad built...geniuses I tell you).

Oh...and we have 2 dogs and a cat. All rescues....all pains in the rear...all amazing snugglers. Welcome to my world. And thanks for checking us out!
